We look for individuals who are experienced
in the operational and financial analysis of healthcare organizations. We need a data-driven strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Our Consultants typically manage data collection and analysis and
are responsible for high-level client interaction, including frequent presentations to
senior executives.
This is an attractive position for analysts who
have experience in operational measurement roles in healthcare organizations. Other desirable experience includes: TQM, CQI, or
other data-driven operations improvement processes, management engineering, quality
management, financial analysis, and benchmarking. We offer a competitive compensation

Senior Consultants
Needham, MA
Individuals experienced in comparative financial
and/or operations analysis and familiar with hospital and/or long-term care operations, to be responsible for management and ongoing development of key
components of HMC’s analytical products. Functions will include analytical design and
implementation, comparative analysis, report writing, and client presentations.
Individuals will report to a Principal and have great visibility for continued career
growth at HMC.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written; detail-orientation; comfort with computers—databases, spreadsheets, and
graphics. Experience with benchmarking, reengineering, or other data-driven operations
improvement processes, management engineering, quality management, financial analysis
desirable.
Analysts
Needham, MA
Detail-oriented individuals with strong
quantitative skills, to participate on client teams creating performance benchmarks and
providing general analytical and production support. Experience with Excel and 4th Dimension a plus. Background in
a healthcare setting helpful. Other desirable experience: benchmarking, reengineering or
other data-driven operations improvement processes, management engineering, quality
