HMC SPAN OF CONTROL REVIEW
The HMC Span of Control ReviewTM gives you a consistent picture of where your management structure can be flattened across your organization, thereby decreasing cost. Specifically, the SCR:

- Highlights departmental fragmentation
- Details excessive management layers
- Identifies where there are too many Managers and/or Directors
